Judge Faith – Pregnant and Pit Bit; Craigslist Fail (Season 1: Episode #110)

ANNOUNCER: TODAY ON “JUDGE FAITH.” THIS EXPECTANT MOTHER WASN’T EXPECTING A DOG ATTACK.>>I’VE HAD MISCARRIAGES BEFORE, SO I WAS SO STRESSED OUT. JUDGE: I’M ESPECIALLY SYMPATHETIC AND YOU SHOULD BE, TOO, TO A 20-YEAR-OLD WHO’S PREGNANT WHO GETS BIT IN THE FACE BY YOUR DOG. ANNOUNCER: BUT JUDGE FAITH WON’T TOLERATE ANYMORE LIES FROM THIS DOG OWNER. JUDGE: BECAUSE YOU’VE SPENT THE LAST 10 MINUTES TELLING ME THEY WOULDN’T GIVE THE DOG–>>NO. JUDGE: NO, NO, NO. DON’T SAY NO TO ME, BECAUSE NOW I’M LOOKING AT THE POLICE REPORT, AND IT SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT. ANNOUNCER: AND LATER, TWO GROWN MEN HAVE A TEXTING BATTLE OVER A BAD AUTO PART. JUDGE: SO WHAT HAPPENED WHEN HE CAME BACK TO YOU AND SAID, “I’D LIKE MY MONEY BACK”?>>WELL, AFTER LIKE 60 TEXT MESSAGES ON FATHER’S DAY, I FELT LIKE, YOU KNOW, I GOT TO GIVE HIM A BONE. I GOT TO THROW HIM A BONE, SOMETHING. I GOT TO MAKE HIM FEEL BETTER. GET HIM OFF MY BACK SO I CAN ENJOY MY HOLIDAY.” AND HE WAS TEXTING ME LIKE A 13-YEAR-OLD TEENAGE GIRL. JUDGE: DID YOU TEXT HIM 60 TIMES?>>72.>>72! ANNOUNCER: FAITH JENKINS. HER DISTINGUISHED LEGAL CAREER BEGAN WHEN SHE GRADUATED FIRST IN HER LAW SCHOOL CLASS. SHE QUICKLY BECAME A TOUGH NEW YORK CITY PROSECUTOR AND THEN A PRE-EMINENT LEGAL ANALYST ON CABLE NEWS. AND NOW SHE’S THE JUDGE IN HER OWN COURTROOM. HER CASES ARE REAL AND HER RULINGS ARE FINAL. SHE IS JUDGE FAITH. PLAINTIFF BRICOISE FOSTER SAYS SHE WAS ATTACKED BY A PIT BULL AS SHE WAS RETURNING FROM A PREGNANCY CLINIC. SHE’S SUING FOR $3,000 FOR EYE, TOOTH, NOSE, AND LIP INJURIES. DEFENDANT JUAN GARCIA CLAIMS HIS PUPPY WAS JUST PLAYING, BUT ANIMAL CONTROL PUT IT DOWN. HE’S COUNTER SUING FOR $3,000 FOR THE LOSS OF A FAMILY PET. BARBARA: REMAIN SEATED AND COME TO ORDER. COURT IS NOW IN SESSION. THE HONORABLE JUDGE FAITH JENKINS PRESIDING. YOUR HONOR, THIS CASE IS FOSTER VS. GARCIA. JUDGE: THANK YOU, BARBARA. BRICOISE FOSTER? FOSTER: YES. JUDGE: YOU ARE SUING THE DEFENDANT JUAN GARCIA… GARCIA: YES. JUDGE: FOR $3,000 FOR INJURIES YOU SAY YOU SUSTAINED DUE TO HIS PIT BULL ATTACKING YOU? FOSTER: YES, YOUR HONOR. JUDGE: AND YOU ARE COUNTER SUING, SIR, FOR $3,000 FOR THE LOSS OF THE PIT BULL? GARCIA: YES, YOUR HONOR. JUDGE: OK, I’LL START WITH YOU, MISS FOSTER. TELL ME WHAT’S GOING ON HERE? FOSTER: OK, I WAS COMING FROM GAME, RETURNING MY PROOF OF PREGNANCY. I WAS 3 MONTHS PREGNANT AT THE TIME. SO I TURNED AROUND, AND I SEE THEM STRUGGLING WITH THE DOG. I MOVED TO THE SIDE TO LET THEM PASS. THEY STOPPED. HE TOLD ME THAT THE DOG WAS FRIENDLY. I STUCK MY HAND OUT, AND RIGHT AS HE WAS SAYING THE DOG WAS FRIENDLY, HE DOESN’T BITE, HE JUMPED UP AND BIT ME IN THE FACE. JUDGE: WOW. SO YOU WERE WALKING DOWN THE STREET WITH YOUR SON THAT DAY? GARCIA: CORRECT. JUDGE: HOW OLD IS YOUR SON? GARCIA: 12. JUDGE: OK, WHAT KIND OF DOG IS THIS? GARCIA: IT’S A PIT BULL. JUDGE: HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD HIM? GARCIA: SINCE HE WAS A PUPPY. JUDGE: AND SO HE’S ON A LEASH, I ASSUME? GARCIA: YES. JUDGE: OK, TELL ME WHAT HAPPENS. GARCIA: WHAT HAPPENED WAS WE WERE WALKING BEHIND THIS YOUNG LADY. I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD MOVE. AND SHE SAID, “OH, WHAT A CUTE PUPPY,” AND PROCEEDED TO WALK TO US. PET–SHE STARTED PETTING THE DOG. I THINK WHAT HAPPENED WAS MY DOG, MAX, WANTED TO CONTINUE TO PLAY WITH HER. HE JUMPED UP AND SCRATCHED HER WITH HIS CLAW ON HER EYE, AND AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENED, WHAT I DID WAS I TOOK OFF MY SHIRT, I APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE WOUND– JUDGE: OH, SO SHE WAS BLEEDING ACTIVELY AT THE TIME? GARCIA: YEAH, YEAH, RIGHT AWAY. JUDGE: WAS IT A LOT OF BLOOD? GARCIA: YEAH. JUDGE: YEAH. WOW. OK. GARCIA: I NOTICED THAT A POLICE OFFICER WAS DRIVING BY, SO I FLAGGED HIM DOWN. JUDGE: LET ME SEE A PHOTO OF THE DOG YOU SUBMITTED TO COURT. IS THAT YOUR SON? GARCIA: YEP. JUDGE: AND THE DOG. WHAT’S THE DOG’S NAME? GARCIA: MAX. JUDGE: MAX. HOW BAD–YOU SAID YOU WERE PREGNANT AT THE TIME? FOSTER: YES, I WAS 3 MONTHS PREGNANT. JUDGE: 3 MONTHS PREGNANT. HOW BADLY WERE YOU INJURED? FOSTER: I HAD A GASH, A DEEP GASH IN MY NOSE AND UNDER MY EYE. I HAD A SLIGHT CHIPPED TOOTH. MY LIP WAS SWOLLEN. I HAD SCRATCHES UNDER MY EYE FROM HIS TEETH, SO HE BIT ALL OF THIS. THIS WAS GASHED IN, THIS WAS RIPPED… JUDGE: OH, GOSH. FOSTER: WIDE OPEN. JUDGE: DO YOU HAVE PHOTOS OF YOUR INJURIES? FOSTER: YES. JUDGE: MAY I SEE THEM? AND YOU DID HAVE THE BABY? FOSTER: YES. SHE’S 3 WEEKS OLD. JUDGE: OH, GOOD, I’M GLAD TO HEAR THAT. SHE’S HEALTHY? FOSTER: YES. AUDIENCE: [APPLAUSE] JUDGE: WOW. THIS IS…WE’RE GONNA PUT THESE UP ON THE FLAT SCREEN. THEY ARE PRETTY GRAPHIC. AUDIENCE: [GASPING] JUDGE: NEXT PHOTO. WOW. SO WHAT TREATMENT DID YOU GET FOR YOUR EYE? FOSTER: I HAD TO GET 4 STITCHES IN MY NOSE AND 3 UNDER MY EYE. AND I DIDN’T HAVE THE MONEY AT THE TIME TO GO GET IT REPAIRED, AND DUE TO MY INSURANCE, THEY DENIED ME MORE COVERAGE TO GET IT FIXED, AND SINCE IT WAS ALREADY SEWN UP, THEY TOLD ME JUST TO GO HOME AND SEE A SPECIALIST, BUT I DIDN’T HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE SPECIALIST, SO… JUDGE: WHAT HAPPENED TO MAX? GARCIA: THE OFFICER WANTED ME TO SURRENDER MAX, SO I DID SO. AND A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, THEY HAD ALREADY PUT MAX DOWN. JUDGE: OK, SO YOU WERE TRYING TO GET THE DOG OUT… GARCIA: CORRECT. JUDGE: AT THAT TIME? AND WHY DO YOU THINK SHE OWES YOU $3,000? GARCIA: BECAUSE I FIGURE, LIKE, THIS WHOLE SITUATION WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IF SHE WOULD HAVE JUST MOVED OVER AND LET US PASS HER BY. JUDGE: SO YOU FEEL SHE’S RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DOG BITING HER IN THE FACE? GARCIA: IN A WAY, YES. JUDGE: WHILE SHE’S WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK AND STOPPED TO PERHAPS PET HIM? GARCIA: CORRECT. JUDGE: THAT SHE SHOULD PAY $3,000 FOR YOUR DOG AFTER HE BIT HER IN THE FACE? GARCIA: WELL, I LOST–I PAID $500 FOR MAX. JUDGE: YOU’RE SUING HER FOR 3,000. GARCIA: YEAH. AND THEN HE’S LIKE PRETTY MUCH MY FAMILY MEMBER, LIKE– JUDGE: AND YOU THINK THIS IS HER FAULT? GARCIA: IT’S EMOTIONAL. HUH? JUDGE: YOU DIDN’T COME INTO COURT TODAY AND SAY SHE ANTAGONIZED HIM. WHAT DID SHE DO WRONG? WHAT DID SHE DO WRONG? GARCIA: WHAT DID SHE DO WRONG? SHE DIDN’T DO NOTHING WRONG, NEITHER DID MAX. JUDGE: OK. GARCIA: NEITHER DID MAX. JUDGE: OK. GARCIA: MAX IS A–MAX WAS JUST TRYING TO PLAY. ANNOUNCER: COMING UP ON “JUDGE FAITH.” WHAT’S THE STORY WITH THIS DOG OWNER? JUDGE: YOU WERE SCARED TO TAKE HIM HOME THAT DAY YOURSELF, AND YOU COULD HAVE. GARCIA: WELL, THAT’S WHAT THE OFFICER SAYS. I REALLY DON’T RECALL SAYING THAT, YOUR HONOR. JUDGE: THE OFFICER’S LYING OR MISTAKEN? ANNOUNCER: AND LATER, HOW MUCH TEXTING EQUALS HARASSMENT? JUDGE: 72 TIMES YOU TEXTED HIM. HOW DO YOU KNOW? DID YOU COUNT YOUR TEXT MESSAGES?>>PARDON? JUDGE: YOU COUNTED YOUR TEXT MESSAGES?>>UH, LET ME SEE HERE. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6… JUDGE: NO, I’M NOT ASKING YOU TO COUNT.>>WELL, YEAH. JUDGE: IT’S OK, SIR. ANNOUNCER: PLAINTIFF BRICOISE FOSTER IS SUING THE DEFENDANT FOR INJURIES SHE SUSTAINED WHEN HIS PIT BULL SCRATCHED AND BIT HER. DEFENDANT JUAN GARCIA IS COUNTER SUING BECAUSE HIS DOG WAS EUTHANIZED. JUDGE: YOU BROUGHT A WITNESS WITH YOU TODAY? GARCIA: YEAH, MY SON. JUDGE: WHO DID YOU BRING? OH, YOU BROUGHT YOUR SON. OK, BRING HIM INTO COURT. BARBARA: JUST STAND BEHIND YOUR DAD. JUDGE: ARE YOU ZANE GARCIA? ZANE: YES. JUDGE: HOW OLD ARE YOU? ZANE: UH, 12. JUDGE: 12 YEARS OLD? OK, WHAT GRADE ARE YOU IN IN SCHOOL? ZANE: SEVENTH. JUDGE: SEVENTH GRADE? YOU HAD A DOG NAMED MAX, A PIT BULL? ZANE: YES. JUDGE: HOW LONG DID YOU HAVE MAX? ZANE: FOR 3 YEARS. JUDGE: 3 YEARS? OK. WHY DON’T YOU JUST START FROM THE BEGINNING AND TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED WHEN YOU WERE WALKING MAX. ZANE: UH, SHE WAS WALKING IN THE SAME DIRECTION, AND MY DAD ASKED HER IF SHE COULD MOVE OUT OF THE WAY. JUDGE: AND THEN SHE DID WHAT? ZANE: AND THEN SHE STARTED PETTING HIM, AND WHEN SHE GOT UP, MAX WANTED MORE ATTENTION, SO HE JUMPED UP, AND THAT’S WHEN HE SCRATCHED HER EYE. JUDGE: YOU SAW A LOT OF BLOOD? ZANE: WELL, I SAW LIKE A LITTLE BIT OF BLOOD COMING DOWN. JUDGE: NOW, BEFORE COMING INTO COURT TODAY, DID YOU AND YOUR DAD DISCUSS YOUR TESTIMONY? ZANE: YEAH. JUDGE: WHAT DID YOU DISCUSS? ZANE: LIKE, WHAT TO SAY, LIKE… JUDGE: WHAT TO SAY? ZANE: YEAH. JUDGE: DID YOU TELL HIM WHAT YOU WERE GOING TO SAY? ZANE: YEAH, LIKE, THE TRUTH. JUDGE: THE TRUTH? BECAUSE YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO TELL THE TRUTH. ZANE: YEAH. JUDGE: ALL RIGHT, THANK YOU. ZANE: OK. BARBARA: GO BEHIND YOUR DAD. THANKS. AND OUT THIS DOOR, PLEASE. JUDGE: DO YOU HAVE ANY REPORTS FROM ANIMAL CONTROL? DID YOU CONTACT ANIMAL CONTROL TO SEE IF THE DOG HAD HIS RABIES SHOTS? HAD THE DOG HAD SHOTS? GARCIA: YES, MA’AM, HE DID. FOSTER: NO, HE DID NOT HAVE SHOTS. JUDGE: OH, YOU CONTACTED ANIMAL CONTROL? FOSTER: YES, I HAVE ALL THE PAPERS. THEY SAID HE DID NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SHOT. JUDGE: OK, SO THE POLICE SAY HERE, SIR, THAT YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF A LICENSE, RABIES VACCINATION BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE ANY MONEY. DO YOU REMEMBER TELLING THEM THAT? GARCIA: YEAH, NO, I DO REMEMBER TELLING THEM THAT. JUDGE: OK. SO THE DOG DIDN’T HAVE HIS RABIES SHOTS. GARCIA: MAYBE. JUDGE: SIR, DID YOU TELL THEM THAT THE DOG DIDN’T HAVE HIS RABIES SHOTS BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE THE MONEY? GARCIA: NO. WHAT I SAID WAS I HAD TO SURRENDER MAX ‘CAUSE THEY WANTED ME TO, UM, PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT. JUDGE: THAT’S NOT WHAT THE OFFICER SAID HERE. IN HIS REPORT, THIS IS THE OFFICER’S REPORT, HE WROTE THAT YOU WERE SCARED TO TAKE MAX HOME BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT SURE HE WOULD JUMP AND BITE A FAMILY MEMBER. DO YOU REMEMBER TELLING THAT TO THE POLICE? GARCIA: YEAH, I DO. WELL, AFTER THE FACT THAT HE BIT, THAT HE– JUDGE: REALLY? BECAUSE YOU SPENT THE LAST 20 MINUTES TELLING ME THAT YOU WANTED YOUR DOG AND THAT YOU KEPT CALLING ANIMAL CONTROL AND THEY WOULDN’T GIVE THE DOG AND THAT YOU FOUND OUT THAT THE DOG HAD BEEN PUT DOWN. GARCIA: NO, THE THING WAS– JUDGE: NO, NO, NO. DON’T SAY NO TO ME BECAUSE NOW I’M LOOKING AT THE POLICE REPORT AND IT SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT. DID YOU NOT THINK–I GUESS YOU DIDN’T KNOW SHE HAD THIS EVIDENCE WITH HER TODAY. GARCIA: NO– JUDGE: IT SAYS IN THE REPORT THAT YOU WERE SCARED TO TAKE MAX HOME BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT SURE HE WOULD JUMP AND BITE A FAMILY MEMBER. GARCIA: OK, I GUESS I SAID THAT THEN. JUDGE: AND YOU WANT HER TO PAY? BECAUSE MAX HAD TO BE PUT DOWN? GARCIA: CORRECT. JUDGE: YOU WANT HER TO PAY FOR THAT? GARCIA: CORRECT. JUDGE: AND YOU WERE SCARED TO TAKE HIM HOME THAT DAY YOURSELF, AND YOU COULD HAVE. GARCIA: WELL, THAT’S WHAT THE OFFICER SAYS. I REALLY DON’T RECALL SAYING THAT, MA’AM, YOUR HONOR. JUDGE: SO THE OFFICER’S WRONG? THE OFFICER’S LYING OR MISTAKEN? GARCIA: NO, I’M NOT SAYING THAT. I’M NOT SAYING HE’S LYING. I’M SAYING I DON’T RECALL SAYING THAT. FOSTER: BUT HE DID TELL ME THAT HE BIT ME, HIS DOG BIT ME IN THE FACE AND THAT IT WASN’T THAT BAD. GARCIA: ACTUALLY I SAID I THINK HE MIGHT HAVE BIT YOU. FOSTER: AND I STILL HAVE–I STILL NEED EYE SURGERY. JUDGE: OK, SO THAT DAY YOU TOLD HER YOU THINK THE DOG BIT HER. GARCIA: YES, I SAID, “OH, I THINK MY DOG BIT YOU.” JUDGE: AND TODAY YOU COME INTO COURT AND YOU SAY THE DOG JUMPED UP– GARCIA: YEAH, CAUSE– JUDGE: STOP TALKING. BECAUSE YOUR STORY IS OBVIOUSLY CHANGING, SIR, BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU’RE GONNA COME IN HERE AND MAKE A BETTER CASE FOR YOURSELF. GARCIA: NO, NO. I’M JUST HERE– JUDGE: AND EVERY TIME I ASK YOU AND EVERY TIME YOU GET CAUGHT, YOU CHANGE IT UP A LITTLE BIT. “I THINK I MAY HAVE SAID THIS” OR “I DON’T REMEMBER SAYING THAT.” HOW ABOUT JUST DOING WHAT YOUR 12-YEAR-OLD SON DID AND TELL THE TRUTH? GARCIA: THAT’S WHAT I’M DOING. JUDGE: YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THE STATES THAT HAS ONE OF THE STRICTEST LAWS ON DOG BITES, WHEN DOGS BITE ANOTHER PERSON. THE FACT THAT IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, THAT FACT ALONE MAKES YOU RESPONSIBLE. WHAT BOTHERS ME IS HOW YOU’RE HANDLING THIS NOW. GARCIA: OK. JUDGE: THAT’S WHAT BOTHERS ME ABOUT IT. I’M ESPECIALLY SYMPATHETIC, AND YOU SHOULD BE, TOO, TO A 20-YEAR-OLD WHO’S PREGNANT WHO GETS BIT IN THE FACE BY YOUR DOG. YOU DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO TAKE THE DOG HOME. YOU TOLD THE OFFICER, “I DON’T WANT TO TAKE THE DOG HOME BECAUSE I’M AFRAID HE MIGHT BITE ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS.” GARCIA: LIKE I SAID, I DON’T RECALL– JUDGE: BUT THEN YOU WANT TO COME INTO COURT AND TELL ME, “OH, I WENT, I WAS TRYING TO GET MY DOG. OH, MY–HE WAS PUT DOWN,” AND PEOPLE ARE FEELING SORRY FOR YOU AND THE WHOLE STORY WAS JUST A BUNCH OF BALONEY. AUDIENCE: [APPLAUSE] JUDGE: YOUR COUNTER CLAIM FOR $3,000 IS DISMISSED. BUT I’M ORDERING YOU TO PAY THE FULL JUDGMENT TO THE PLAINTIFF IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000. GOOD LUCK. FOSTER: THANK YOU. ANNOUNCER: PLAINTIFF STAN ESPERZA CLAIMS HE WAS SOLD A FAULTY INJECTOR PUMP. HE’S SUING FOR $1,437 FOR THE PART AND EXPENSES. DEFENDANT TODD BRAMES CLAIMS THE PART WAS SOLD AS IS AND SAYS HE WAS BOMBARDED BY TEXT MESSAGES FROM THE DISGRUNTLED PLAINTIFF. HE IS JOINED IN COURT BY HIS WIFE, ANZA BRAMES. BARBARA: YOUR HONOR, THIS CASE IS ESPERZA VS. BRAMES. JUDGE: THANK YOU, BARBARA. STAN ESPERZA? ESPERZA: YES, MA’AM. JUDGE: YOU ARE SUING THE DEFENDANT TODD BRAMES…. TODD: CORRECT. JUDGE: FOR $1,437, $700 FOR A DIESEL INJECTOR PUMP YOU SAY HE SOLD YOU? ESPERZA: YES, MA’AM. JUDGE: AND YOU WANT TO BE REFUNDED THAT MONEY. IN ADDITION, YOU’RE SUING FOR TOWING AND TRAVEL AND $300 IN LABOR. OK, TELL ME WHAT’S GOING ON HERE, SIR. ESPERZA: I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIM ON CRAIGSLIST TO PURCHASE AN INJECTOR PUMP FOR A ’98 DODGE DIESEL. JUDGE: WHAT IS AN INJECTOR PUMP? WHAT DOES IT DO? ESPERZA: IT’S SIMILAR TO A CARBURETOR ON A REGULAR CAR. IT DISTRIBUTES THE FUEL INTO THE ENGINE. JUDGE: DO EITHER OF YOU HAVE A COPY OF THE AD? TODD: NO, I DO NOT. ESPERZA: NO, NO. IT SAID THAT IT WAS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, THAT IT WAS A GOOD PUMP. JUDGE: OK, WHAT DO YOU SAY THE AD SAID? IT’S PRETTY IMPORTANT, BY THE WAY. TODD: WELL, THE AD SAID ESSENTIALLY, YOU KNOW, IT WAS A REBUILT PART THAT I BOUGHT USED, THAT’S WHY I SOLD IT FOR 700. JUDGE: AND WHAT DO THESE FUEL INJECTOR PUMPS NORMALLY GO FOR? TODD: ANYWHERE FROM 1,200 ALL THE WAY UP TO 2,000 DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT. JUDGE: OK, SO 700 WAS A DEAL. YOU CONTACT HIM. IT’S $700. AND DO YOU AT SOME POINT DRIVE TO GO TAKE A LOOK AT IT? ESPERZA: I DRIVE DOWN TO SUGARLAND, TO HOUSTON, 200 AND SOMETHING MILES FROM HOME. JUDGE: OK. THAT’S A LONG DRIVE. ESPERZA: I COME DOWN THERE WITH CASH TO PICK UP THE PUMP. EVERYTHING IS GOING FINE. THE PUMP LOOKS NICE AND CLEAN. JUDGE: WELL, DID YOU TEST IT BEFOREHAND? ESPERZA: YOU CAN’T TEST AN INJECTOR PUMP. JUDGE: SIR, WHAT DO YOU DO? WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING? ESPERZA: UH, I’M RETIRED. JUDGE: RETIRED? ESPERZA: I’M ON DISABILITY. JUDGE: IN WHAT PROFESSION? ESPERZA: UH, MECHANIC AND TRUCK DRIVER. JUDGE: OK, SO YOU WERE A MECHANIC? ESPERZA: YES, MA’AM. JUDGE: SO YOU’RE BUYING AN INJECTOR PUMP FROM CRAIGSLIST. ESPERZA: MM-HMM. JUDGE: FROM SOMEONE YOU DON’T KNOW? ESPERZA: RIGHT. JUDGE: WHY WOULD YOU BUY A PRODUCT AND PAY $700 FOR A PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN’T TEST? I’M JUST WONDERING, AS A FORMER MECHANIC, WHY YOU WOULD DO THAT. ESPERZA: WELL, BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. IT IMPLIES IT WOULD BE A GOOD PUMP FOR $700. JUDGE: WHERE’D YOU GET THIS PUMP FROM? TODD: I BOUGHT IT 100 MILES PAST SAN ANTONIO, WHICH IS ABOUT 400, 450 MILES. JUDGE: SO YOU JUST WENT ON CRAIGSLIST AND YOU DECIDED, “I DON’T NEED THIS PUMP”? TODD: YEAH. JUDGE: RIGHT, AND SO YOU WERE GONNA SELL IT ON CRAIGSLIST? TODD: I ACTUALLY FOUND IT ON CRAIGSLIST, YES. I SOLD IT TO HIM BECAUSE I NO LONGER NEEDED IT. JUDGE: DO YOU HAVE A PHOTO OF THE PUMP, SIR? TODD: I DO. JUDGE: MAY I SEE IT, PLEASE? I’M JUST CURIOUS. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE. TODD: MM-HMM. JUDGE: OK, LET’S LOOK AT THIS ON THE FLAT SCREEN. IS THIS THE PUMP YOU PURCHASED, SIR? ESPERZA: YES, MA’AM. TODD: IT LOOKS NEW. JUDGE: I’M SORRY. TODD: IT LOOKS NEW. THAT’S WHY I BOUGHT IT. ESPERZA: IT LOOKS NEW. IT’S CLEAN. JUDGE: WHAT DO YOU DO, YOU TRY TO INSTALL IT IN A TRUCK? ESPERZA: I PUT IT IN MY TRUCK. JUDGE: AND WHAT HAPPENS? ESPERZA: IT WOULDN’T BLEED. THE FUEL HAS TO GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PUMP, TO EACH CYLINDER BEFORE IT WOULD WORK. JUDGE: SO IT WOULDN’T WORK. ESPERZA: IT WOULDN’T WORK. JUDGE: AND WHY DO YOU THINK HE OWES YOU A REFUND FOR THE PUMP? ESPERZA: I BOUGHT IT ON GOOD FAITH IT WAS A GOOD PUMP FOR $700. I GAVE HIM $700 OF MY HARD-EARNED MONEY– JUDGE: SO YOU WENT BACK TO HIM AND YOU ASKED HIM FOR YOUR MONEY BACK? ESPERZA: YES, MA’AM. JUDGE: AND HE SAID NO INITIALLY. ESPERZA: HE SAID NO, AS IS. JUDGE: SO WHAT HAPPENED WHEN HE CAME BACK TO YOU AND SAID, “I WANT MY MONEY BACK”? TODD: WELL, AFTER, LIKE, 60 TEXT MESSAGES ON FATHER’S DAY, GET HIM OFF MY BACK SO I CAN ENJOY MY HOLIDAY. WE WERE GOING TO THE BEACH, TAKE MY BOAT. WE WERE GONNA HAVE A GREAT DAY. AND HE WAS TEXTING ME LIKE A 13-YEAR-OLD TEENAGE GIRL. AUDIENCE: [LAUGHTER] ANNOUNCER: COMING UP, DID THE PLAINTIFF TEXT THE DEFENDANT TO INSANITY? TODD: AND I JUST FELT LIKE, YOU KNOW, HE’S NOT DOING ME ANY FAVORS DRIVING ME CRAZY. ANNOUNCER: PLAINTIFF STAN ESPERZA IS SUING FOR A DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP AND REPAIR EXPENSES. DEFENDANT TODD BRAMES SAYS HE SOLD THE USED PART AS IS. TODD: AND I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DECIDED AT THAT POINT HE’S INSANE, AND I JUST FELT LIKE, YOU KNOW, HE’S NOT DOING ME ANY FAVORS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I SOLD HIM AS IS, NO WARRANTY, NOTHING IMPLIED, NOTHING GUARANTEED ON CRAIGSLIST. IT’S LIKE HE’S GONNA GO BACK TO A GARAGE SALE AND GET HIS MONEY BACK FOR SOME LITTLE BUFFET THAT JUST DOESN’T QUITE DO THE JOB. I JUST FELT LIKE, YOU KNOW, PLEASE, YOU KNOW, LET’S BE GENTLEMEN ABOUT THIS. BUT AFTER 60 TEXT MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH– JUDGE: DID YOU TEXT HIM 60 TIMES? TODD: THOSE ARE HIS TEXT MESSAGES. ESPERZA: 72. TODD: 72! LORD HAVE MERCY! I MEAN, COME ON! ESPERZA: I HAVE A LOT OF TIME ON MY HANDS. JUDGE: I UNDERSTAND YOU BROUGHT A WITNESS WITH YOU TODAY, SIR? TODD: YES, I DID. JUDGE: YOUR WIFE. WOULD YOU STEP UP, MA’AM? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS? ANZA: WELL, IT WAS FATHER’S DAY, HE LEFT THE CAR ON BECAUSE HE WAS TEXTING SO MANY TIMES, WE LEFT THE CAR ON IN THE DRIVEWAY, WENT TO THE BEACH, AND WHEN WE CAME BACK AT NIGHT TIME, THE CAR, ALL THE GAS WAS OUT, AND ALSO OUR NEIGHBOR HAD OUR KEYS. HE LEFT THE KEY IN THE ENGINE ON. JUDGE: OH, YOU LEFT THE CAR RUNNING THE ENTIRE DAY? TODD: YEAH, THAT’S HOW DISTRACTED HE WAS–OR HE HAD DISTRACTED ME FROM A HOLIDAY. THIS IS FATHER’S DAY, STAN. ESPERZA: MMM, YEAH. ANZA: SO THAT WAS IT BECAUSE HE WAS TELLING ME THAT THIS GUY WAS TEXTING HIM. JUDGE: HOW LONG AFTER YOU SOLD THE FUEL PUMP DID HE START TEXTING YOU, ASKING YOU FOR YOUR MONEY BACK? TODD: 18, 19 DAYS. JUDGE: 19 DAYS LATER, SIR? ESPERZA: IT WAS BETWEEN THE 25th AND THE 12th. JUDGE: OK, THANK YOU, MA’AM. ESPERZA: OF MAY. JUDGE: 72 TIMES YOU TEXTED HIM. HOW DO YOU KNOW? DID YOU COUNT YOUR TEXT MESSAGES? ESPERZA: PARDON? JUDGE: YOU COUNTED YOUR TEXT MESSAGES? ESPERZA: UH, LET ME SEE HERE. 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6… JUDGE: NO, I’M NOT ASKING YOU TO COUNT. ESPERZA: ABOUT, WELL, YEAH. JUDGE: IT’S OK, SIR. IT’S OK. WE DON’T HAVE THAT KIND OF TIME. ESPERZA: YEAH. JUDGE: $700 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND ON A PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN’T TEST AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE CRAIGSLIST SALES–HE’S RIGHT ABOUT THIS ONE POINT. WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM CRAIGSLIST, IT IS AN AS-IS SALE. IT’S AN AS-IS SALE. UNLESS SOMEONE GIVES YOU A WARRANTY, A WRITTEN WARRANTY OR A GUARANTEE THAT IT WORKS, WHICH HE DIDN’T, IT’S AN AS-IS SALE. EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME, SIR, EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME DOES NOT ESTABLISH THAT THIS IS A PERSON WHO GAVE YOU A WRITTEN GUARANTEE OR ANY GUARANTEE THAT THIS PUMP WOULD WORK. HE TOLD YOU PERHAPS WHAT HE THOUGHT. “I THINK IT’S A GOOD PUMP.” HE DOESN’T KNOW. AND THEN YOU KNOW THAT HE BOUGHT IT FROM ANOTHER PARTY. AND YOU KNOW, BASICALLY WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM CRAIGSLIST, IT’S BUYER BEWARE, AND AS A FORMER MECHANIC, YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER. AND HERE’S THE THING. YOU WANTED A DEAL. YOU SAW A PUMP ON CRAIGSLIST FOR $700. THEY NORMALLY GO FOR $1,200 OR HIGHER. YOU WANTED A DEAL. SO THAT’S WHY YOU PAID $700 FOR THE PUMP. YOU DIDN’T PAY IT BECAUSE, OH, IF THEY’RE SELLING IT FOR $700, IT MUST BE GOOD. YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING A BARGAIN. IT DOESN’T WORK. BUT THAT’S NOT HIS FAULT. BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING ON CRAIGSLIST, YOU BUY IT AS IS. IT IS BY DEFAULT AN AS-IS SALE UNLESS YOU CAN COME INTO COURT AND PRODUCE TO ME A GUARANTEE, A WARRANTY FROM THE DEFENDANT, AND YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT. ESPERZA: SO WHAT I CAN DO IS I CAN GO BACK ON CRAIGSLIST AND PUT THAT PUMP ON THERE AND SAY I BOUGHT THIS FROM A PERSON THAT SAID IT WAS GOOD FOR $1,100 AND SELL IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE FOR $700? JUDGE: NO, BECAUSE YOU CAN’T LIE. BECAUSE YOU NOW KNOW THAT THE PUMP IS BAD. BUT YOU CAN’T PROVE TO ME THAT HE KNEW THE PUMP WAS BAD. IF YOU LIE TO SOMEONE, THAT’S FRAUD. ESPERZA: RIGHT. ANNOUNCER: AND NOW JUDGE FAITH RULES. JUDGE: IF YOU CAME IN HERE AND SAID HE KNEW THE PUMP WAS BAD AND HE LIED TO ME, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CASE, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SCENARIO, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RULING, BUT YOU CAN’T DO THAT. BUT IF YOU TURN AROUND AND DO THAT, THEN YOU’RE COMMITTING FRAUD, SIR, SO YOU CAN’T DO THAT. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS JUST ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT DIDN’T WORK OUT FOR YOU. BUT BUYER BEWARE. IT’S AN AS-IS SALE, AND I CAN’T DO AN AS-IS SALE WITHOUT A WRITTEN GUARANTEE OR SOME KIND OF WARRANTY FROM THE DEFENDANT. JUDGMENT IN THIS CASE FOR THE DEFENDANT. GOOD LUCK. TODD: THANK YOU, YOUR HONOR. AUDIENCE: [APPLAUSE] ANNOUNCER: IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAS A DISPUTE, DON’T TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS. LET JUDGE FAITH RULE ON IT FOR YOU. TO SUBMIT YOUR CASE, GO TO JUDGEFAITH.COM AND TELL US YOUR STORY. SEE YOU IN COURT.

  1. The only victim in the first case is the dog. I wish that people, who purchase a dog would inform themselves a little more about the kind of dog they get, and what his needs are. A Pit Bull is no Chihuahua, period. He requires more training and playtime, and should only be approached by people he knows. Not because they are viscios or something, but because they are playfull, and outgoing dogs and don t know their own strength. Because of the ignorance , of every human envolved, this poor animal is dead. 😲

  2. to me it looked like a scratch and it was very bad due to maybe dog nails not being properly maintained cut grinded etc. I wouldn’t put it past him since he didn’t even have the proper shots for his dog. So he doesn’t seem like a very responsible owner. Not the dogs fault , not because of the dogs breeds it’s solely on the owner.

  3. I disagree with the guy and feel sorry for the lady but never try to pet someones animal! You may think the animal is cute but you never know how they may react I mean.. They are animals. Hopefully she won't try to pet another animal that isn't hers but Im glad she's doing well. Don't comment any bs I can think however I want.. I love animals specifically dogs but I don't pet them. The owner I'd sad though no shots or anything smh I have 4 pits and they are friendly because we train them correctly and we keep them updated on anything health wise.

  4. That's a Dangerous Dog any time you can't even pet him and I am glad that Pitt Bull was put down before it kill someone Thanks Judge Faith for the truth and justice

  5. First of all I don’t agree. If she was pregnant why would she go play with the dog. What if the dog. Would of dropped her down, on the ground!!

  6. That 2nd case .. I think that old stuck up jerk knew the part didn't work and that's why he sold it for 700. He just looks like a jerk with his mail order bride and "boating" on father's day. Ugh poor old man should've got his money back

  7. Second case dude knew he was selling that crazy ole man a bad part thats why he only asked 700!!
First case straight liar!!! I don't believe for a second that she stopped to play with that dog! Not one thing about that dogs face said im friendly! Some dogs have that come play with me face this one soooo didn't!! He coached his kid to lie! Shame shame shame

  8. Defendant in the first case is the exact owner that should never ever own a dog much less that breed, they are the very reason this dog has a bad reputation. I've trained and worked with dogs for well over 25 years and no breed is born bad and that's truth. While certain breeds have certain traits the dog is bred for it can easily be controlled with a responsible owner, training and having the dog used to bring around both human and animal without wanting to attack. No human is responsible for a dog bite even if they go up to the dog and try to touch them. Facts are your dog should be under YOUR control and muzzled . daf the dog was destroyed for having the bad luck of belonging to an irresponsible human. this isn't a dog trying to play, when a dog attacks they always go for the face, throat or arms. She's lucky this was all she got out of this. I've seen horrible attacks and been through it myself. It can be bad, cosmetically and even death to both human and other animals. I feel horrible for this woman and even the dog. He didn't choose how he was taught or belonging to an idiot that was more into having a tough looking dog for bragging rights. He isn't an owner that gets a dog to be a safe companion and pet. Horrific what she went through and I'm thankful the baby was OK
Secondly he's trying to say this dog was worth $3000.00( only paid $500 and her to pay because of his actions the dog was put down) and he can afford to pay that for a dog yet couldn't afford proper training or shots? He needs the stupid beat out of him. Sad thing he's teaching his son to lie, chat and not take responsibility as a man and father. He really makes me sick.

  9. I would be so worried it would hurt my child if it hurt a grown woman Pitt bulls are large dogs I think putting him down was the right thing years it is sad they lost there pet but I can't understand how he thinks he should get money for it

  10. I hate that as is sale stuff😒. They need to create a law where things should be text for a certain period of time first before they go selling shit to people.

  11. My biggest pet peeve is ppl telling me something doesn’t bite….🗣IF IT HAS TEETH THEN IT BITES🙄🙄🙄

  12. Dog owner told her Max was okay. He had the dog on a leash yet he failed to restrain him. And the things he told the police! Even has the nerve to countersue her? I hope she got pain and suffering too.

  13. Why does anyone trust Craigslist to buy anything? I've heard nothing but trouble with it or laughter when someone mentions it.

  14. I have 2 pitbulls & I'm also a dog trainer. The dog needed a better owner. Dont pet a dog incorrectly. Dont own a dog unless you train them. It could had been prevented. To kill a dog over that is pretty ridiculous. She bent down to pet the dog you cant put your face where a dog can reach you keep a safe distance. If you are afraid of your own dog dont have one. Misbehave dogs need a trainer, animal behaviorist and a vet visit.

  15. You can't put a part on Craigslist and say that's a good working fuel pump but it doesn't work for the defendant it isn't fault Person pad part on Craigslist and it cannot be sold as is

  16. No dogs are dangerous. They are only ever brought up the wrong way by bad owners. I have seen people turn biting, snarling dangerous dogs into loving family dogs. They treat them and teach them. They should never ever be put down

  17. That kid was so coached. So sad. The dog is already gone, just tell the truth. She could've gotten hurt really badly.

  18. could just say he didn't know anything about like the guy that sold it to him how they going to know he knows it's bad

  19. Pitbulls were literally bred for violence. The fact that someone has a pitbull that hasn't attacked a human is not evidence that they are good dogs. Sorry, pitbulls are violent crap and their owners are largely pieces of shit humans. Exceptions exist, so spare me your lame story.

  20. That women should never have touched the dog without permission, the owner should have pulled the dog away from her before she got close. I can testify that getting scratched by a dog in the face can cause bad damage and rambunctious dogs can and will play bite people's face/body. There is really no way to know without more proof what really happened they both seem to be hiding something, unfortunately the dog payed for both of their insolence.

  21. The more pit bulls eat adults and children alive and ( INCLUDING THEIR OWNERS), the more people BLAME the owners without acknowledging their history, hence the name PIT BULL.

  22. This woman is a honest and innocent woman. I thank God she didn’t have worse injuries and the baby was born healthy. Was it necessary to have to put the dog down? Could they have at least made the dog go to obedience school? I’m sad the dog had to die for this idiot.

  23. if you love pitbulls you can love other dogs and should make the sensible decison to choose a dog with less danger potential, he would be singing a different song if poor Max had played with his son like that.

  24. I have a pitbull and he's the BIGGEST baby ever, very friendly but also…VERY excited. So when he sees a hooooman, that tails wags so hard he creates a tornado of wind behind him, he also JUMPS uncontrollably (we've done training, hes got his degrees in obidience but trust me when i say, i had to work hard for him to NO LONGER jump on people but without constant training, its in their DNA to be excited little turds and jump on eeevvveeeryyyyone. I believe when the owner when he says its a scratch mark. When a pit bites, you'll AUTOMATICALLY have bruising, the way those scratches were on her face was definitely not from a bite but nails. Also, the picture of the dog AFTER he was taken, if thats not the face of innocence, i dont know what is. MY CONCLUSION: Shitty lazy owner, probably never clipped the dogs nails, definitely SHOULD have a MUCH shorter leash to prevent 3xcited jumps, stupid woman for KNOWINGLY being pregnant and LEANED down as her hand extended is also HER being negligent. Owner should have crossed the street or turned around, she shouldn't have too. Its a shame another beauty go down for another dumbass.

  25. On the case of the Pitbull the owner of the Pitbull fully responsible to keep control of his dog.he failed in doing so. Resulting in his pitbull attacking the girl . He needs to pay restitution to the young lady. If I would have been there and seen this dog attacking her at the time that dog will not be A live.

  26. When you buy things of Craigslist. You take the chance of it being defective. You want a warranty you buy it from a dealer or a auto shop. Unless you have it in writing as is

  27. He sold the pump to him because the owner was pulling a fast one. I have not heard one good thing about Craig's List. — all crooks.

  28. But they're nanny dogs!
    Not.

    It's how you raise them!

    Not.

"Good" pit bulls are supposed to mature to suddenly attack and kill family/their own kind, for no external reason, on mutant man-made instinct alone.

Ones that don't start mauling unprovoked are "curs" , embarrassing failures.

When a "good" pit first attacks, dog fighters call it "starting", "turning on". Most common age for starting is 18-36 months.

Normal dogs are less aggressive away from home. That means normal dogs don't attack and fight to the death "well" in a distant dog fight.

Sadistic dog fighters intentionally breed pit bulls to not be normal dogs.

It's cruel to permit dog fighters to breed game insane dogs.

Of course the pit owner did not provide his dog vet care or shots. That's because most pits aren't beloved protected companions, instead they are owned as weapons.

  29. why do people feel the fucking need to pet other people damn dog come on and that man look just like that pit. All pit bull owners always trying to convence you how sweet they are

  30. Humans are inherently stupid. Tht.Is.All. To be frank; America competes hard to win all them stupid awards; any kind will do they say!!WTAF – Isn't there a dangerous dog act!? But then again jus say gun and see what they do!
Case in point – man with visious & dangeours dog; awaits for NSPCC to put said dog on said lights out. Then the entitled human wants to sue the person who was attacked by his responsibility!? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 someone dropped tt big head when you were a child dude. No joke.

  31. I hate people who get animals and then have no problem abandoning them or putting them down bc they’re too lazy and cheap to do what they need to do to make sure their dogs are safe. If he was a good pet owner this would’ve never happened and his dog would be alive. What a stupid piece of shit he should never be allowed to own a pet ever again. I’m never ever giving up my pets

  32. Here where I live if u own a pit bull and are walking it, when u pass by a person U have to go around the person. This dummy shuda went around her and the pit would still be alive today.

  33. Figures that it's a Mexican. I'll bet he's owned a few fighting dogs in his younger years, and thinks pit bulls make him a tough guy. Piece of shit.

  34. This is why my dogs are ALWAYS muzzled! Do I think they would bite someone?? Or another dog?? No but am I gonna risk it? God no

  35. I hate when people say their dog won't bite. I have a german shepherd/pug and I don't let strangers pet her. She's never bitten anyone but I won't take the chance. You could never say 100% what an animal will do.

  36. Why would anyone go anywhere near pit bulls of their own free will??? I avoid this breed like the plague and yes I know “not the dog’s fault blah blah blah” but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

  37. It’s a BAD OWNER!!! Not a bad dog!!
Why do dogs get put down and pedophiles live?!?
Ughhh exterminate the pedos…. rehabilitation for the dogs if needed..

  38. And in the pit bull situation when someone asks if either of my pitties bite i answer "they have teeth, please don't approach them". Better that they are wary of strangers than to lose them.

  39. Wow, that incident could have gone MUCH worse. She could've lost an eye, gotten killed, or had a miscarriage! She should've sued him for more! It's very sad about his dog though. It's not Max's fault. Being an owner is similar to being a parent in the way that how your dog acts is usually a reflection of how you've raised and trained them. Owners like him get pit bulls because they feel like it makes them look masculine or some shit, but don't take the time to train their dogs and focus their energy and aggression in a controlled environment. Had trained him properly, Max would still be here, this woman wouldn't be scarred for life (physically and emotionally) and his family wouldn't be out of $3,000 dollars. I must say, good on his son for telling the truth. He must have known what his dad told him to say was not right, so he admitted that he was coached. I have hope that he will grow to be an honest man. RIP Max. I wish you had been homed to someone who knew how to doggy-parent you.

  40. This man should have life long ban on having dogs. If biting someone on the face is "playing" for him, than he's an absolute idiot. And I'm sorry, but this dog looks like the devil himself 😛 He picked the worst picture to show… AND it had no shots? WOW.

  41. I feel bad for the woman who was bit. However I feel worse for those criticizing the dog because he was a pit bull and therefore more prone to be vicious. That's ridiculous, ALL dogs are prone to be vicious, many for no reason at all.

  42. Its times like this that give Pits a bad reputation… My brother has owned several Pits in his life and they've all been sweet as pie…

  43. I feel like you assume any risk when you choose to bend over to pet on any animal, whether you know the dog or whether the owner says they’re nice or not. The dog was on a leash- she obviously got in his face in order for the dog to be able to reach her. Unfortunate circumstance for all involved, but I don’t think she is faultless.

  44. He is a typical pit bull owner. No vaccination, no remorse and no compassion for the victim bitten by his dog. Everybody in the world is at fault, the pitbull-owner is never at fault.

  45. She shouldn’t of pet the dog period because she doesn’t know how the dog is? And being pregnant why would you just put somebody’s dog lmao.. but okay. He should’ve said no aswell.

  46. Um it is her fault that the dog bit her. She should have minded her own business and walked around them. I hate it when people think it’s okay to touch other people’s animals. Unless I invite you to touch my animal.. don’t. Don’t ask, don’t touch, don’t even look.. just keep movin.

  47. She was not bit, it was a scratch, it wasn't that damn bad, that woman doesn't need no damn eye surgery didn't even need stitches! people over react over the smallest things any more! No matter what breed the dog is you don't go up to a strange dog and start interacting with it!, Pits are known to be playful and once they get attention they want more and more. I know I own one, Mine wants his back scratched 24/7 and will jump up on us if we stop to get us to do it more! Any dog can scratch (and bite) If anyone asks me if my dog bites, I would never say no even though at going on 5 years old he's never even nipped anyone! He's a dog He can bite , even when I had a beagle who was sweet as pie I never said "She doesn't bite" a dog is a dog they can bite – always assume they'll bite NO MATTER THE BREED!

  48. I've owner pitbulls my all my life is the owners way of teaching the dog bad habits. It's not the dogs fault it's the owners.

  49. That's not a bite it's a nail a bite would have ripped the skin off. I took a dog that has aggressive ways. When they bite it's a whole, nail marks are just like the photo but he should have walked the dog with a face mussel. Period

  50. Never go up to a strange dog and pet it. Even if the owner says it's cool, the dog doesn't know you. You just can't know how it'll react. It's not a toy. It's a living being.

  51. First case, this man is reprehensible. Trying to get money out of this young mother, after SHE was injured. He needs to just shut it and pay for her hospital bills. And funny how his counter suit is for the same amount as her case.
